Where do I pick up my pre-paid jersey? On South Palm Canyon in the Apparel tent at Packet Pick-up. There may be jerseys for sale at the event, but if you want to insure you get the size that you need, be sure to pre-order during registration.

Assistance
Will there be bike assistance on the course? Bike support will be available at beginning of each ride and at each SAG. Ride support vehicles will be riding through each course throughout the day. All day there will be shuttles to go from each SAG back to the start of the event if and when needed.
Beer Tickets
Where do I pick up my pre-paid Beer Tickets? Your name will be at the beer garden with # of tickets purchased. They will check you in and give you your tickets.
Bikes
What kinds of bikes are ok?
ALL types of bikes are ok, including recumbent, electric and trikes (3 Wheels) are permitted if they are manually pedaled or if an official handcycle.
You can ride with your child in their buggy/cart. Buggy/Cart must be properly attached. There is no fee for a child not riding their own bicycle.
You can have bike trailers (trailers/burleys), properly secured

Change Distance
Can I change the distance I originally signed up to do? YES, you can do that online through your registration link. Or please email us with your name, new distance, and confirmation # and we can adjust for you.

Weather
The weather in February: Average high is 60-70 degrees. The average low is 50-55. The mornings can be a bit chilly. The ride will take place rain or shine. We do recommend plenty of hydration and sunscreen.
